About Me

I'm Irina Nazarova, a psychologist with a Master's degree in Psychology.

I practice Jungian analysis (analytical psychology)—a method I find to be one of the most effective in modern psychotherapy. I help people work through life's challenges, to truly understand themselves and find their own Path.

My work has helped many people find clarity and direction. I'm confident I can help you, too.

How I Can Help

Issues I Can Help With

Everyone faces challenges in life. If anything here resonates with you, it might be a sign that it's time to seek professional support.

Relationships with Family and Loved Ones

Our closest relationships are meant to be our main source of support—but they can also bring deep pain and disappointment. If time with family, your partner, or children no longer brings joy and instead feels filled with misunderstanding, resentment, or exhaustion, it may be time to sort through these feelings together.

Professional Fulfillment

Work takes up a huge part of our lives, but it doesn't always bring satisfaction. If you feel drained, struggle to find meaning in your daily tasks, or keep putting things off, you might be facing a professional crisis. Together, we can find the inner resources to make a change—whether that means finding a new path or rediscovering joy in your current role.

Mental and Physical Health

The mind and body are deeply connected. Ongoing stress, unprocessed emotions, and inner conflicts often find a way out through physical symptoms. If you've noticed that low mood, anxiety, or apathy have become your new normal—and medical checkups show no clear cause—it may be time to turn your attention to your psychological well-being.

Emotional Well-Being

Emotions are our inner compass, helping us navigate ourselves and the world around us. But when that compass goes off—when feelings become overwhelming, frightening, or, on the contrary, go numb—living fully becomes difficult. If your inner world often feels chaotic, out of control, or painful, working with your emotions is the way back to balance.

Self-Discovery

Being yourself sounds simple—until you realize you've been living according to someone else's script, their expectations and rules. If you feel you've lost touch with yourself, aren't sure what you truly want, or have been playing a role that doesn't fit anymore—it's a sign that it's time to return to who you really are.

Navigating Life's Difficult Moments

Crises, loss, and major life changes can throw you off course and leave you feeling helpless. When your own strength and usual coping strategies aren't enough, and the future looks like a tangled knot of problems—professional support can be the anchor that helps you stay steady and find a new way forward.

Building Self-Confidence

Confidence is the inner foundation upon which we build our decisions, actions, and relationships. When that foundation is shaky, even obvious successes can feel like flukes, and any criticism or failure turns into a heavy blow. Without self-belief, the world can seem hostile and your own potential—underestimated.

Relief from Anxiety and Stress

Anxiety and stress are natural responses—but when they become the constant background noise of your life, they drain you and steal the joy from each moment. If you find yourself always waiting for something to go wrong, your thoughts stuck in an endless loop of worry, and your body in a state of tension—it's time to reclaim your sense of peace and safety.

Getting an Outside Perspective

When we're deep in a problem, our view can get blurry or distorted. Emotions, fears, fatigue, and old thought patterns create a kind of tunnel vision. In moments like these, having a clear, balanced, and professional perspective can make all the difference.
